1. Money-back guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back – no questions asked. You are eligible for a full refund at any time, but only before we receive your (digital) document(s).

Important notice

After sending your (digital) document(s), you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. Please review your order carefully before submitting documents for processing.

2. Service fees

Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and the payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.

The service fee covers the operational costs associated with initiating and preparing your order, including payment processing, system allocation, and preliminary administrative work. This fee is charged regardless of whether the service is ultimately completed or cancelled.

3. Apostilles & Embassy attestation

When processing an apostille or Embassy attestation, it is required that documents pass through one or more government agencies. While we do everything to account for possible delays, we are not responsible for changes in processing by government agencies. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for apostilles and embassy attestation that have not yet been submitted to government agencies.

Once documents have been submitted to a government agency for apostille or attestation, the order is considered in progress and cannot be refunded. This includes situations where processing times extend beyond initial estimates.

Kindly be advised that the processing timeframe is an estimate provided by the authorities and may vary depending on their internal procedures, workload, weather conditions, political situation, and any additional verification requirements.

4. Identity verification costs

Please note that completing the online identity verification process automatically initiates mandatory KYC/AML compliance checks as required by law. These checks are performed by our trusted third-party provider, MetaMap, and incur a non-refundable fee equal to 35% of your order value.

Non-refundable KYC fee

If you choose to cancel your order after the identity verification has been completed, this fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The 35% fee covers the cost of compliance checks and verification services provided by our third-party partner.

5. Shipping

If you request to ship your documents, we will bill you for the shipping, and the fee is non-refundable. We will provide tracking numbers for your package, but we assume no responsibility for its arrival.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we do not bear any responsibility in case of delayed delivery or loss of documents by Standard Mail. We will not be able to confirm the shipment, track the shipment, or provide the status of the shipment.

Shipping responsibility

For important or time-sensitive documents, we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service. Standard Mail shipping is provided at your own risk, and we cannot intervene with postal services regarding delivery status.

6. Refund timelines

Refunds are performed using the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.

  • Typically, a refund takes 2-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • For certain payment methods, refunds may take up to 45 days to process.
  • The exact timeline depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter with our payment processor.

7. Chargeback & Dispute policy

We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience with our services, so if you have any questions or issues with your purchase, we’d love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue. We try to respond to most inquiries via email within 24 hours during our business hours of Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.

If you need a refund for a purchase, please send us a refund request before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Account closure warning

Please note that we will permanently close accounts from which we have received any chargebacks. Previous purchases will no longer be valid and available for access in this case. Any PayPal disputes will automatically disable your account until the dispute is resolved.

All chargebacks and PayPal disputes made without a preliminary request for a refund from us will be immediately reported to the Federal Internet Fraud Agency.
